Our fee is based on a small percentage of your recovery and is not due until you approve the settlement amount and the loss payment is received. Accordingly, you pay nothing for our service until you are satisfied that we recovered an adequate return on your claim. We will not engage in any claim where we can not support our fee.
We base our business model on your next claim or referral, not on your current claim and accordingly, we will not represent your claim simply to earn a fee. It may be hard to believe but we once walked away from a committed contract that would have earned us a fee in excess of $80,000.00. Soon after the contract was signed we learned that the carrier was already convinced the property in question was a total loss before we were hired and we simply could not justify charging the insured a fee. You read that right and we have the referral to prove it.
